GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — City leaders are driving around the idea of adding a residential parking permit program to the Southwest Neighborhood near John Ball Zoo. Under the plan, residents would pay $30 a year for a permit and could pay $2 a day for a visitor permit for a limited number of visitors.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — The City of Grand Rapids Parks and Recreation is hosting summer day camps beginning in June and registration is now open.
