When Bridgeport takes on Harrison County and Big 10 Conference football foe for the 2023 season, there will be a new individual handling the head coaching position. According to the personnel portion of the Harrison County Board of Education’s June 6 meeting agenda, long-time Coach Josh Gorrell has submitted his resignation. Although the resignation has to officially be approved by the BOE, the acceptance of them is generally a formality.
