2 arrested after man found dead in bullet-pocked car near Marrero intersection
Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office detectives investigating the death of a man fatally shot while driving on a Marrero street have arrested two suspects in the case. Charles Coler, 31, of Marrero, and Dashawn Washington, 29, of Harvey, were booked Tuesday with second-degree murder and obstruction of justice, jail records said.
