An OSU Cowboy Alert went out to students on Monday, alerting the OSU-Stillwater campus that a man with a rifle is walking on Stillwater's streets. A self-proclaimed "second amendment auditor," the email said the man is exercising his right to carry a weapon freely. He is described as a white man in a green shirt with a rifle on his back.
