Glasgow police relocate turtle from parking lot

GLASGOW, Ky. – Glasgow police responded for an unusual call to the parking lot of Edmonton State Bank.

Police say Thursday that the caller contacted the Glasgow Police Department about a turtle at the location.

After assistance from an officer, authorities say the turtle rode in a police cruiser to safety.

The turtle was not injured and has since been released.
