Gladewater police say suspect in custody, shelter order lifted

GLADEWATER, Texas (KLTV) - The Gladewater Police Department issued a shelter in place order for the Red Rock area while they searched for a person with a weapon; that has now been lifted.
Gladewater police said they were searching for an 18-year-old male who was reported to be suicidal and may have had a weapon. He has now been taken into custody and police say everyone can resume normal activities.
