Pedestrian hit, killed by train in Gilbert
Gilbert Police say the incident happened on March 30 along Williams Field Road between Higley and Recker Roads. As a result, Williams Field is shut down in both directions. Drivers are advised to avoid the area.
GILBERT, Ariz. - A deadly collision between a pedestrian and a train shut down roads on Thursday in Gilbert.
Gilbert Police say the incident happened on March 30 along Williams Field Road between Higley and Recker Roads.
As a result, Williams Field was shut down in both directions. The road has since been reopened.
Police have not released any information on what led up to the crash.
