Julia Fuster, Washington Regional

Julia Fuster, PA-C, recently joined Washington Regional Farmington Family Clinic, where she provides comprehensive care for adults and children of all ages.

Fuster holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Georgia and Master of Medical Science from Wake Forest School of Medicine.

She previously served patients at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, High Point Family Medicine in High Point, North Carolina.

 


Kim Guinn, First Community Bank

First Community Bank has announced that Kim Guinn has been promoted to vice president, branch operations at the financial institution’s full-service branch location on Park Avenue in Rogers.

In her new role, Guinn will oversee all aspects of operations for the branch and work closely with senior management to manage the overall day-to-day operational needs.

Over the course of her 21 years in the financial industry, she has most recently held a position in treasury management sales at First Community Bank.


Lenesha Jones, Goodwill of Arkansas

Goodwill Industries of Arkansas announced the promotion of Lenesha Jones to Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer.

Jones originally joined GIA in March of 2019 after retiring from the United States Navy following 24 years of honorable service.

She began with Goodwill as a career services manager before transitioning to director of human resources in 2020. In 2021, she was named vice president of human resources before being promoted to her new position.


Jason Suggitt, BOK Financial

Jason Suggitt has been named the new corporate relationship manager for BOK Financial.

As the corporate relationship manager, Suggitt will oversee a diverse group of corporate banking clients in northwest Arkansas.

Suggitt has over 17 years of experience in the banking industry in both Canada and the UK. He graduated from Sir Sandford Fleming College in Ontario, Canada, with a degree in business, focusing on accounting and finance.
