Before a line of strong to severe storms arrives late in the day, we'll start dodging some spotty showers and storms as early as the early afternoon. The line of storms will arrive in our western cities like Norfolk, Columbus, and York by the evening commute. It will likely move through the Omaha metro between 7 and 9 p.m., followed by western Nebraska and northwest Missouri through 11 tonight.

ALBION — Wayne High will have six individuals competing in next week’s state track meet after they qualified during Tuesday’s B-4 district meet in Albion. Elle Powicki was a district champion for the Blue Devil girls, winning the 100-meter hurdles in a time of 15.32.
