Cortland Man Faces Cannabis Delivery Charges After DeKalb Traffic Stop
A traffic stop on a recent Monday morning in DeKalb has led to significant legal consequences for a Cortland man. Devonte K. Tillman, 29, was charged with unlawful possession of cannabis with intent to deliver. The incident took place near the intersection of N. First Street and Dresser Road, where a deputy from the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office detected the smell of cannabis coming from Tillman's vehicle, prompting an investigation.
