GAYLORD — We've certainly hit the ground running this spring.
Spring sports are in full force around Northern Michigan, with Gaylord-area teams well into the thick of their respective seasons so far. As games go on and stats are accumulated, individuals have started to separate themselves from the pack as the elite of the elite take their place among the area leaders.
Area teams are all off and running as well, with five of the six area baseball/softball programs boasting winning records through the first two and a half weeks of action.
