Sioux Falls teen faces first-degree robbery charges
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A Sioux Falls teenager is in the Minnehaha County Jail, accused of first-degree robbery. The case started as a shoplifting. Police 19-year-old Tayron Johnson and a woman took a bottle of liquor from a gas station on North Kiwanis Avenue early Tuesday morning. Before leaving, Johnson allegedly showed a clerk that he had a gun.
1 business fails alcohol compliance check
MINNEHAHA COUNTY, S.D. (KELO) — The Minnehaha County Sheriff’s Office says one business failed a recent alcohol compliance check. Authorities say a total of 42 businesses were checked. Forty-one businesses passed the check. The business that failed is Casey’s in Dell Rapids.
