The stolen Leesville church van was found in Galveston.
The Vernon Parish Sheriff’s Office got a report that a van had been stolen on October 23, 2023, on Tuesday, October 24, 2023. There were reports that the van was a black 2011 GMC Savanna 15 passenger van with the Louisiana number plate number YXB 142. The van was stolen from Christian Living Fellowship Church on northbound Hwy. 171 near Entrance Road. When it was last seen, the van had the church’s name and phone number written on the sides. Christian Living Fellowship wrote this morning that the van had been found.

CHEEK, Texas — The girlfriend of a man indicted in the Easter murder of a Houston father has been accused of lying to the grand jury. Joelicia Wade, 31, of Texas City, was indicted on Thursday, Nov. 29, 2023, on aggravated perjury charges related to her testimony before a Jefferson County grand jury in late August regarding the murder of Javoris Potier, 30, of Houston.
