(La Porte, IN) - A La Porte man driving with his young son in the backseat was allegedly found with drugs following a motor vehicle crash. Victor Passmore, 28, has been charged in La Porte Circuit Court with Neglect of a Dependent, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Marijuana.
Michigan nurse convicted of murder permanently loses license
A Michigan woman who was a registered nurse has permanently lost her license after being convicted of murder. In November, the Michigan Board of Nursing Disciplinary Subcommittee voted to permanently revoke the registered nursing license of Judith Sobol, 43, formerly of South Haven, for having been convicted of second-degree murder in the death of a patient, a 3-year-old girl, under her care, according to Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel.
