Florida softball 's NCAA Gainesville Regional game against South Alabama is in a weather delay with the score tied at 1-1 in the bottom of the third inning.

South Alabama jumped to 1-0 lead on an RBI single by first baseman Gabby Stagner in the first half, but the Florida Gators (47-12) came back to tie it on a solo home run by first baseman Ava Brown, her 13th of the season.

The fourth overall national seed, Florida has won nine straight and 10 of its last 11 games. The Gators have made 11 trips to the Women's College World Series in 17 years under current head coach Tim Walton.
