According to the Fresno Police Department, officers were called to the Circle K gas station near Olive and Wilson Avenues around 10:50 p.m.

Officers say an argument took place at the gas station, which resulted in a shooting outside the building.

The Fresno Police Department says a Black man was shot at least once in the upper body and had to be taken to Community Regional Medical Center.

His condition, officers say, is critical.
