FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — The Fresno Police Department announced on Thursday that they have completed their investigation regarding the crash that killed 22-year-old Amaya Chenot.
On April 12, Fresno Police say tow truck driver John Ashcraft ran a red light at Friant and Shepherd.
Running that red light, officials say, caused a collision that killed 22-year-old Amaya Chenot.
The Fresno Police Department says they have completed their investigation and have submitted their findings to the Fresno County District Attorney’s Office.
