More with Fresno State offensive coordinator Pat McCann

Tuesday was an off day for on-the-field work at spring practice over at Fresno State.

But there are really no days off for the coaching staff.

That includes the new offensive coordinator, Pat McCann.

After serving as the Bulldogs' receivers coach and passing game coordinator last season, McCann has added the duties of offensive coordinator this season.

It's a position he has held at other schools.

Past experience has taught coach McCann to be organized and McCann is getting help from one of the best there is.

Head coach Jeff Tedford is regarded as one of the top offensive innovators in all of college football.

Coach McCann is absorbing everything he can right now, looking forward to the coming season.

The Bulldogs only have a handful of starters returning on offense.

Now the coaches are busy figuring out who they will plug into the vacant positions.
