Active gang member arrested after police find stun gun and ammo in Fresno

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Fresno Police arrested an active gang member after finding a stun gun and ammo in Fresno on Monday.

According to the Fresno Police Department, officers pulled over a man driving in the area of Blackstone and Ashlan Avenues for violating traffic laws.

That is when police identified the man as an active gang member and convicted felon.

During the traffic stop officials saw a holster to a handgun in plain sight.

Investigators then found the stun gun along with the ammo inside a gym bag.

The man was arrested and booked into Fresno County Jail.

He is now facing multiple charges.
