St. Patrick’s Day brought a bit of luck to those who may have been grocery shopping on Friday.
Peelz Citrus, a company that grows its product in Fresno decided to give back to the communities of Fresno and Visalia.

Peelz gave away $20,000 worth of free groceries. Its team scattered orange envelopes at various grocery stores with gift cards that ranged from $50 to $500, including a free coupon for its product.
According to the company, over 500 of these envelopes were placed across 20 stores.

Life can be complicated”, said Justin Parnagian, CEO. “We wanted to provide our community a little relief from the daily stresses of life in the simplest way–find our orange envelopes and win free stuff.
