FREEPORT, Ill. (WTVO) — The City of Freeport will officially have a new police chief Monday night.
Chris Shenberger will be sworn-in a Chief of Police by the mayor.
He was appointed as interim chief back in April after the retirement of Chief Matthew Summers.
