The deadline for registration is June 1. It’s $165, and we have scholarships for families with financial need. Register at SunshineBaseball.net.
We have 10u, 13u, and 18u divisions. We do allow players to move up with league approval. 10u and 13u play at Sunshine Ballpark. 18u plays at Armstrong Field at Walker-Grant Middle School.
We will have a coaches’ clinic at 7 pm on June 2 at Sunshine Ballpark at 1200 Wicklow Dr. in Fredericksburg. You need not have a child playing to coach. You may indicate your interest in coaching by registering at SunshineBaseball.net or by emailing us at [email protected].
We have player assessments on June 10 at the Walker-Grant Middle School field at 1 Learning Lane in Fbg, with 10u at 10 am, 13u at noon, and 18u at 2 pm. Everyone will be placed on a team.
The draft will be on June 12, and parents should hear from a coach within a day or two of that, with practices beginning soon after that.
We have a free baseball skills clinic for 6- to 14-year-olds from 1030am to 1:30pm on June 13 at FredNats Park. Register for that at SunshineBaseball.net.
Our first games are July 8, 9, 10, 11, and the season runs through August. It’s 10 games, plus playoffs, with every team qualifying.
