A home in Ladue hits the market
Set on more than three acres, the residence combines organic architecture, exceptional craftsmanship and resort-like living. The home has been completely gutted and reimagined, and a wall of split-faced Georgian marble in the entryway sets the tone. Beneath a cathedral ceiling, a soaring 58-foot wall of floor-to-ceiling glass anchors the main living and entertaining spaces and frames panoramic views of the backyard. The kitchen is the heart of the home. It centers on a mahogany island with a stainless-steel top and is finished with Delicatus granite and Wolf, Miele and Sub-Zero appliances. An 800-bottle, temperature-controlled wine room adds another luxe touch. With six bedrooms and five full bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for guests. The light-filled primary suite includes a bathroom with a wall of windows, a dual vanity and a spacious glass shower.
