Flooding and strong-severe storms possible
ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - A First Alert Weather Day has been issued for Tuesday morning due to multiple possible strong to severe storms. The First Alert Weather Day for Monday has ended, however, a Flood Watch remains in effect through 8 p.m. Tuesday for Grady and Seminole Counties. Rainfall around 3 inches has fallen and with an additional 3-4 inches possible flash flooding may occur. Watch for rising water in those areas.

A squall line containing wind gusts of 60+ mph, small hail, and heavy downpours moved into the western reaches of the Big Bend and South Georgia just before sunrise. Several tornado warnings were issued along the leading edge of the line.
