A woman is being treated for a gunshot wound following an early morning shooting at a Fort Worth park.
Just past 1 a.m. police report getting calls about gunfire at Marion Sansom Park on Roberts Cut Off Road. The caller said someone one in a car shot at her vehicle and she claimed there were several spent shell casings around her car.
Police say the caller didn't say anything about anyone being hit but around the same time police got a call from a Fort Worth hospital saying a wounded patient had been dropped off.
The woman said she had been shot at Marion Sansom Park. She did not seem to know the gunman. Police are still investigating.
