The search continues for a missing 23-year-old man from Fort Worth.

The Houston County Sheriff says 23-year-old Vincent Berardi disappeared in the Davy Crockett National Forest in east Texas where he was known to visit often.

They say he went missing on the hiking trail between Ratcliff and the Neches Bluff but his car was found at a Ranger station in Ratcliff. He was last seen leaving his home by his parents on his doorbell camera on May 19. He is 5'9", weighs around 180 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. Vincent was wearing a red polo shirt and tan khakis.

Houston County Emergency Management, sheriff’s Office personnel, Search & Rescue, and Kennard and Ratcliff Volunteer Fire Departments were called into action they do not believe that there is foul play involved at this time. It is believed that Berardi may have been picked up by a friend and driven to a different location, but he has not communicated with his family so far.

If you think you may have seen him, please contact the Houston County Sheriff’s Office or the Ft. Worth Police Department.
