Fort Pierce police are investigating a shooting that left one man in the hospital Saturday. According to Ft. Piece Police Public Affairs Manager Larry Croom, police received a call Saturday morning in regard to a possible gunshot wound at the 400 block of N. 20th Street.When St. Lucie Fire County Fire and Ft. Pierce Police responded to the area they discovered a 39-year-old male with a gunshot wound. The man was transported to HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital.His condition is unknown at this time.Ft. Pierce Police believe this is an isolated incident. This is an active investigation.
