On Tuesday at 1:06 a.m. the National Weather Service issued an updated freeze warning valid for Tuesday between 2 a.m. and 9 a.m. for Sussex, Warren, Morris, Hunterdon, Somerset, Middlesex, Monmouth, Mercer, Ocean, Cumberland, Atlantic and Burlington counties. The weather service says, "Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 30 degrees expected."
