FORT GIBSON, Okla. (KOKH) —
The Oklahoma Wildlife Conservation Foundation is working to improve fish habitats at Fort Gibson Lake with habitat cubes.

These habitat cubes are a new design that mimics fallen tree limbs and other natural deadfall found in streams and rivers that fish use to avoid predators.
The cubes will be placed in 10-15 feet of water at the southern end of Fort Gibson Lake and the individual stations will be added to the Wildlife Department's fish attractors map.
