Season Opener Set for 5 p.m.; 2023 Kick Times Announced

The Rams open the 2023 season at 5 p.m. on CBS Sports Network.
FORT COLLINS, Colo. - Colorado State will open the 2023 football season aiming for a sellout on Saturday, Sept. 2 at 5 p.m. against Pac-12 foe Washington State.
The game will be broadcast nationally on CBS Sports Network, the league and it's television broadcast partners announced on Wednesday as part of the larger rollout of kick times and television assignments.
Ram fans can start to fill in their calendars, book their hotels, and secure their tailgating spots for the entirety of the 2023 season as five of the six home games - all of which will be played on Saturdays this fall - were also announced. The Rocky Mountain Showdown also received a kick time and television assignment on Wednesday, details below. The Boise State game, slated for Homecoming and Family Weekend, received a 12-day out designation from Fox Sports which means the kick time for that game will be determined 12-days prior to kick off on Monday, Oct. 2.

Rocky Mountain Showdown Tickets
Another hot ticket option for Ram fans is also available to be requested: the Rocky Mountain Showdown. Season ticket holders received a communication on May 11 outlining the process to request tickets. The game will kick off at 8 p.m. and air nationally on ESPN.
At this time, season ticket members may request up to the number of season tickets they have for the upcoming 2023 season, with a maximum request of 4 (four) tickets. The deadline to request tickets is Friday, June 30th. Season ticket members will also have the option of requesting additional tickets above the initial quantity limit at the time of submitting your ticket request. Those requests will only be fulfilled if inventory remains after satisfying all priority ticket requests.
A limited number of tickets will also be available to CSU students, and information on the claiming process for those tickets will be shared at the beginning of the academic year.
