IOWA, ILLINOIS & MISSOURI— Gas prices have trended down across the Tri-States in the past week. The national average for a gallon of regular unleaded is $4.12, down twelve cents from last Wednesday. The average price for a gallon of diesel is $6.27, down seven cents from last week.
