Parking Patrol members (and their fans) need to MYOB
I am writing in response to Joanne Newton’s letter in support of the Parking Patrol. Hey, Joanne, your mother should have named you “Karen.” In other words, MYOB. Some of us have mobility problems. The change affects more than the cost of a trip downtown. Drivers now need to pay digitally in many locations, watch for changing enforcement hours and check the signs at the space or garage they use. The city says its broader parking overhaul will continue rolling out through the fourth quarter, so rules may not change everywhere at once. City parking modernization project.
