Arkansas Releases Information on New Regional Schedule for Sunday

By Kent Smith,

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The University of Arkansas has sent out an official release considering the weather in Fayetteville and how it will affect the Razorbacks and their fans. Because of a rule stating that any games that can't start by 11 p . m. must be postponed, once it became clear that the Santa Clara-Arizona game wasn't going to start in time to allow that to happen, there was a need to begin the rescheduling process.

Here is the release by Razorback Communications:

Arkansas will take on TCU tomorrow at 2 p.m . in Game 4 of the NCAA Fayetteville Regional. Tickets for Game 4 (originally scheduled for Saturday night) will be valid for Sunday’s game between the Hogs and Frogs.

Game 5 of the Fayetteville Regional is scheduled for 8 p.m. on Sunday night. The winner of Arizona vs . Santa Clara will take on the losing team between Arkansas vs . TCU in the Sunday nightcap.

The regional championship game is set for Monday with Game 6 first pitch yet to be determined . If Game 7 is necessary, it will follow approximately 30 minutes after Game 6.

All games will be available on ESPN+/SECN+ and can be upgraded to an ESPN family network.
