FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — A 44,000-square-foot fitness center adjacent to the Cross Church campus in Fayetteville sold for $16 million.
The buyer was McMillan & Wedington LLC, led by Travis Ruff, the co-founder of Milestone Construction Co. in Fayetteville. The building, which sits on 3.85 acres, was originally a Fitness One location at 2736 W. McMillan Drive, just east of Interstate 49.
Arvest Bank provided a loan of slightly more than $14.8 million.
