CLINTON, S.C. - Due to inclement weather, the third game of Longwood's Big South conference opening weekend has been canceled. 

The Lancers picked up two huge opening weekend wins over the Blue Hose on Saturday by scores of 2-1 and 4-0, but won't be able to finish out the series. The game has been canceled with no plans of rescheduling due to the league's policy that a third game does not need to be played if two full games have already been completed.
