Falls County, Tx (FOX44) – UPDATE: The three victims involved the fatal crash near Rosebud have been identified.
Texas Department of Public Safety troopers responded at 6:05 a.m. Thursday to a crash on Highway 53 – approximately six miles west of Rosebud. A Honda Accord was traveling eastbound and crashed into an oncoming Hyundai Sonata while attempting to pass a vehicle.
The driver of the Hyundai has been identified as 40-year-old Kayla Zan, of Bremond. The passenger of the Honda has been identifed as 28-year-old Dion Joshua, of Columbus, Georgia. Both of them were pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the Honda has been identified as 28-year-old Ja’Quon Cordarius, of Columbus, Georgia. He was transported to Baylor Scott and White in Temple, where he was later pronounced dead. Next of kin have been notified.
