GRAFTON, W.Va. — Police in Taylor County are investigating a fatal vehicle crash. Authorities said it happened at around 5:48 p.m. Wednesday on North Pike Street in Grafton. There was one vehicle involved. A person inside that vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.

Shinnston man charged after killing dog
SHINNSTON, W.Va. – A Shinnston man is facing a count of cruelty to animals. Police allege he shot and killed a dog on Wednesday. Deputies from the Harrison County Sheriff’s Department were called to a home on Odells Knob Road and met with Tyler Beale, 28.
