Two brothers locked up tonight facing capital murder charges in the shooting death of *** teen in Fairfield, Keandre and Kate Fuller are suspects in the death of 17 year old Tatyana Hanna. On May 30. Hannah was shot at the intersection of overlooked place in Hillside Drive. Investigators say that she was *** passenger in *** car hit by gunfire. Another person had minor injuries after the shooting. The brothers face additional charges including three counts of attempted murder.

According to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, twin brothers wanted in the fatal shooting of a 17-year-old last month were arrested Monday morning.Tatyanna Sherese Hannah was in a car at the intersection of Overlook Place and Hillside Drive just before 3 p.m. on Monday, May 29, when she was shot.Your neighborhood: Local coverage from WVTM 13She was taken to UAB Hospital for treatment but was later pronounced dead. Officials said the teen was a passenger in a vehicle that was struck by gunfire. Another person received minor injuries during the incident.According to the sheriff's office, 20-year-old Ke’Andre Fuller and his twin brother, Ke’Autay Fuller, are both suspects in the shooting.Around 9 a.m. Monday morning, U.S. Marshals with the Gulfcoast Fugitive Task Force took Ke'Autay Fuller into custody while surveilling a set of apartments on Martin Luther King Drive in Fairfield.A short time later, a Jefferson County Sheriff's Deputy assigned to the aforementioned task force made contact with Ke'Andre Fuller. The deputy was able to negotiate Fuller's surrender, taking him into custody in the 900 block of Milstead Road in Fairfield around 11:30 a.m.The twins are charged with capital murder, as well as discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle and three counts each of attempted murder.
