In the late 1980s, new parents, Robert and Becky McGuinn moved to Trenton, New Jersey, with their baby daughter, Melissa. The couple quickly found the perfect house to watch their child grow up in. Sadly, they would never get that chance. Less than a year later, Melissa vanished.

A chemical spill occurred early Saturday morning in a tributary of the Delaware River near Bristol, PA, when a mechanical failure at the Trinseo facility released an estimated 8,100 gallons of latex finishing material. The spill has prompted New Jersey American Water to issue a voluntary conservation notice for customers in Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties while reassuring residents that the treated water remains safe to consume.

The collapse of a second-story floor inside an apartment complex near the Indiana University of Pennsylvania left a dozen people injured. Seven of them were taken to hospitals, while five were treated at the scene. According to state police, the injuries ranged from serious to minor.
