Eureka Police are trying to identify suspects who allegedly spray-painted offensive language on walls and broke bottles inside a men’s restroom at Drewel Park, 2 Hill Drive. Police did not have an estimate for the cost to remove the graffiti, Lt. Michael Werges said.

An officer discovered the graffiti and broken bottles at about 9:50 a.m. May 17 when he was locking the bathroom. Police believe the walls were spray-painted and the bottles were broken earlier that day, the report said.

As of May 22, no suspects had been identified, Werges said. Anyone with information about the incident should call Eureka Police at 636-938-6600.
