A 46-year-old Coquille man died in a two vehicle crash Friday afternoon on Oregon Route 126 near the Lane and Linn County line, according to Oregon State Police.

OSP said in a news release Monday that Sean Lenninger was eastbound on a Harley-Davidson when he tried to pass a Toyota pickup truck that was trying to turn left into a campground.

Investigators determined Lenniger's motorcycle clipped the left front of the pickup and went off the road. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
