ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. -- Nine people were arrested last week in Santa Rosa and Escambia counties with several fraudulent credit cards and IDs, according to an arrest report.
Florida Highway Patrol arrested these nine people as part of the same case:
- Rohan Desulme, 24, of Fort Lauderdale -- fraudulent ID, fraudulent credit cards, public order crimes, driving with suspended license
- Julia Blake, 24, of Miami -- fraudulent ID, fraudulent credit cards, public order crimes
- Charlotte Hackler, 50, of Atlanta -- fraudulent ID, fraudulent credit cards, public order crimes
- Terry Greenburg, 74, homeless -- fraudulent ID, fraudulent credit cards, public order crimes
- Colleen Tedder, 49, of South Carolina -- fraudulent ID, fraudulent credit cards, public order crimes (two counts)
- Joaquin Dawes, 68, of New York -- fraudulent ID, fraudulent credit cards, public order crimes (two counts)
- Kadian Edwards, 24, of New York -- fraudulent ID (two counts)
- Benny Herrera, 28, of New York -- fraudulent ID (two counts)
- Jose Rivera Hernandez, 30, of New Jersey -- fraudulent ID (two counts)
On May 24, troopers initiated a traffic stop on a Mercedes with a New York tag on I-10 at mile marker 31 in Milton.
The report states Desulme was driving with suspended license and had an active warrant for fraud out of Pennsylvania. The others in the vehicle were Blake, Hackler and Greenburg. Hackler had an active warrant out of Georgia for public order crimes.
According to the arrest report, Hackler advised troopers of fake items in the car. A trooper pulled back the carpet underneath the center console, finding multiple fraudulent drivers licenses and credit cards.
Desulme, Blake, Hackler and Greenburg were all arrested and booked into Santa Rosa County Jail.
The report states that after a tip from one of the suspects, authorities set a perimeter around a home at 817 Binnacle Place in Pensacola as they waited for a vehicle to arrive.
Troopers eventually knocked on the door, which was answered by Tedder.
According to the report, troopers searched the home and found:
- multiple computers
- printers
- counterfeit IDs
- counterfeit credit cards
- personal ID information
- suspected narcotics
- camera equipment
- ID production
- assembly items
- ID print paper
- multiple cell phones
- drug paraphernalia
- notebooks
- tablet
- receipts
- large amount of cash
Tedder and Dawes were arrested at the Pensacola home and booked in Escambia County Jail.
On May 25, according to the report, troopers made a traffic stop on the vehicle linked to the home. They searched the vehicle and found:
- three cell phones
- $4,473 in cash
- marijuana
- counterfeit IDs
- documents
Rivera Hernandez, Edwards and Herrera were all arrested during the stop and booked into Escambia County Jail.
