ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. -- A man was arrested after stabbing another man in Escambia County Wednesday night, according to the Escambia County Sheriff's Office.

66-year-old Freddie Obair is charged with aggravated battery for the incident that took place at a home on Mission Road right before 9 p.m.

According to the Escambia County Sheriff's Office, Obair was in a physical altercation with the man and stabbed him in the chest.

The man was taken to the hospital. His condition is unknown at this time.

Obair is being held in Escambia County Jail on $15,000 bond.
