Chuck Peters, managing partner of Altair Real Estate Services, announced Friday that the Renaissance Centre has a new owner.
The purchase by a California-based investment group was finalized Thursday.
That company created an Erie-based company, 1001 State OZ Operator LLC, to invest within the local opportunity zone.
