LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — The Shops at Rockvale in Lancaster will be hosting a block party next week to celebrate several new changes at the shopping center. According to Shops at Rockvale, the public block party will celebrate the arrival of new tenants and relocations at the shopping center.
