ACTION: Passed a rezoning request for William J. Lemmon, an agent for McKinley Holdings LLC. DISCUSSION: The trustees approved a request to rezone acreage zoned as multi-family, suburban office and limited business district and commercial business district to multi-family planned unit development district.
