the Surry road is NOT ideal for a court house for many reasons. One, the people of Ellsworth does NOT WANT IT THERE!! WE VOTED YOU IN WE CAN VOTE YOU OUT SINCE YOU ARE NOT LISTENING TO THE PEOPLE! SECOND, the road is so dangerous the winter time. Bridge Hill is extremely steep n if people are walking that hill because they have NO car, there is no room to safely walk. Third, Road is to narrow to expand it to two lanes on both sides. FOURTH, the police station is on the outer side of the town n now you are taking the court house to outer side of town. Many people can not walk to either of them n most have limited money for the expensive cabs in town. Why are you making it harder for those that live here year round. NOTHING MAKES SENSE

y?? this courthouse has been serving Hancock county for how many decades. you think maybe you could spend the money on something a little more productive like low cost housing.
