44-year-old man dies in Ellicott City car crash Sunday morning, say police
ELLICOTT CITY, Md. (WBFF) —
A 44-year-old man died in a car crash Sunday morning in Ellicott City, according to the Howard County Police Department.

Police said the crash happened around 7:30 a.m. on the exit ramp from Route 104 to Route 100.
Through their investigation, police learned Victor Michael Collier was driving a Dodge Caravan westbound on the exit ramp, when the vehicle left the roadway and hit many trees.
Collier was taken to Howard County General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
Police said the two juvenile passengers were not injured.
The ramp from westbound Route 100 to Route 104 was closed for about three hours, police said.

Police are investigating if Collier may have had a medical emergency before the crash.
