Keep Wendy Tuck serving District 4
How many of us in Wood County are invited to monthly meetings with our city council member or any elected official for that matter?. When I hear of people coming from Charleston or Washington they usually go visit some business or person who will make a large donation to their campaign. Getting hotter for the end of the week
PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) - May is already off to a very warm start across the Mid-Ohio Valley. The official start of summer is not until June 20th, but it feels like we should be now in the start of June. Temperatures today will quickly heat up later this morning and into the afternoon. The morning commute will start off in the mid-50s and then we make our climb to the 80-degree mark, which should be reached by around noon. Heading further through the day, highs are going to climb into the upper 80s. We will be very close to the 90-degree mark, but we are not expected to hit that. Speaking of 90, that is our daily high temperature record for today. That was set back in 1959. Typically, we should be around 72 degrees this time of year. Not only will we be well above that today, but that will continue into Friday.
