Pair arrested for abuse of vulnerable adult in Talbot Co.
TRAPPE, Md. – Two people have been arrested following an abuse investigation that began last month in Trappe. On April 23rd, the Talbot County Sheriff’s Office launched an investigation into the abuse of a vulnerable adult at a group home on Krismor Court. Police say the home houses three special needs, non-verbal adults requiring around the clock care. The morning of April 23rd, a staff member had just started their shift for the day when they allegedly found one of the residents bound by his hands and feet inside his bedroom. It was determined that the resident had been tied up for more than six or more hours.
